We’re very proud that the IPification Happy Hour Tour has been making a splash globally as one of the most interesting new events for industry leaders in mobile security and authentication.
So far, we have held three of these events, envisioned to provide mobile network operators, fintech and payment companies, eCommerce providers, and banks with a platform to express their needs, explore solutions, and receive direct feedback from IPification’s team of cybersecurity experts.
After Phnom Penh, Belgrade, and Jakarta, the tour will continue forward.
But before announcing our next destination, we’re excited to share our experiences and the impressions of those who participated in these sessions.
The Cambodia, Serbia, and Indonesia Report
It was gratifying to see that each of our sessions drew leading mobile network operators, banks, eCommerce providers, and fintech companies in the region.
But we’re even proud that these sessions came out exactly as we had wished: as interactive, dynamic forums where the future of mobile security was discussed and furthered.
Our very first IPification Happy Hour session took place in Phnom Penh, setting the stage for the tour’s success in a country that already has full IPification coverage.
In the heart of Cambodia’s capital, IPification CEO Stefan Kostic and Founder Harry Cheung delivered an engaging presentation, focusing on the unique benefits of IPification’s solutions.

The questions posed by the attendees from 14 banks and 3 major telecom operators, as well as various mobile app developers, were insightful and thought-provoking, pushing the conversation toward the specific security needs of the Cambodian market.
We were thrilled to discuss how IPification’s solutions can help solve their pain points, from improving mobile banking security to enhancing the onboarding process for digital services.

Next, the tour headed to Belgrade, Serbia, where the session was marked by in-depth discussions about the region’s evolving digital ecosystem.
The team, including Harry Cheung, Stefan Kostic, Aleksandar Branković, Winnie Lou, Jovana Kostić, and Paul Tse, presented IPification’s suite of solutions to an audience of banks, e-commerce providers, and telecom operators. They demonstrated how IPification’s technology could streamline mobile authentication processes, reduce fraud, and ensure that end-user privacy is never compromised.

The event saw robust participation from the local banking sector, with many attendees expressing interest in implementing IPification’s solutions to tackle issues like failed SMS-based OTP deliveries and SIM card swapping fraud.

And then the Jakarta event took the IPification Happy Hour Tour to new heights.
As one of Southeast Asia’s largest and most dynamic markets, Indonesia posed unique challenges and opportunities in the mobile security space.
IPification was proud to present its authentication and fraud prevention solutions to a packed room of representatives from leading Indonesian MNOs, local banks, fintech companies, and eCommerce providers.

The session highlighted how IPification’s technology could bridge the gap between security and user convenience, offering frictionless authentication without compromising privacy.
The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, and many expressed a strong interest in further exploring how IPification could support their efforts to enhance security and reduce fraud in Indonesia’s fast-growing digital economy.

What Our Clients Say
The feedback we’ve received from attendees at these events has been overwhelmingly positive.
Clients across different sectors are recognizing the value that IPification brings to the table, particularly in addressing mobile authentication issues that have long plagued the industry.
Here’s what some of our key partners had to say:
“In summary, as part of our commitment to digital transformation, our team is dedicated to exploring emerging technologies that can improve user experience. We have identified the IPification solution as a promising option that can effectively address our current challenges related to SMS delivery and enhance security measures. This aligns with our goal of providing a seamless and secure experience for our users,” said Sokunbopha Heng from the Canadia Bank in Cambodia.
“We have been facing issues on failed OTP SMS deliveries due to Telecom side, and varied OS and keyboard versions as we lock the keyboard for the user to input OTP during the authentication process to prevent fraudulent activities. Having a solution such as IPification that can validate SIM card phone numbers, and especially binding with the device ID, could assist banks in improving the onboarding experience and reduce the drop-off rates. We hope to explore further the solution to make sure that we can achieve both onboarding success rate, and improving security while expenses on the solution can be manageable, reducing SMS costs,” added Vandy Leng, Head of Digital Banking of Cambodia’s Hattha Bank.
“Attending the IPification Happy Hour session in Belgrade was a valuable experience for OTP Bank. As one of the first banks in Serbia to push for the integration of IPification’s solution into our mobile banking activation process, we’ve recognized the necessity for a balance between top-notch security and a seamless user experience. In today’s digital landscape, it’s crucial not to sacrifice one for the other, and IPification has shown that it’s possible to achieve both. I highly recommend this event to anyone looking to explore advanced authentication solutions that keep the end user in mind while tackling real security challenges,” said Bojan Pokrajac, Omnichannel Tribe SCL, OTP Bank, Serbia.
Where Does IPification Happy Hour Go From Here
“Inspired by the overwhelmingly positive feedback, we have many exciting plans in store for the IPification Happy Hour Tour. Soon, we’ll be announcing our next stop, giving more industry leaders the chance to learn firsthand how IPification’s cutting-edge solutions can help streamline their mobile authentication processes and enhance security,” said Stefan Kostic, IPification CEO.
IPification provides mobile and fraud prevention solutions that are bank-grade secure, frictionless, and designed with maximum data privacy. With IPification, each user gets assigned a unique Mobile ID key, made up of SIM card, network and device data, and they’re authenticated within milliseconds without transferring any sensitive data over the network.
This provides a seamless user experience without sacrificing security.
We’d like to thank everyone who attended our first three events and for engaging us with hard-hitting questions. It’s been a pleasure getting to know so many of you around the world.
If you’re interested in having IPification visit your country next, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d love to bring the Happy Hour Tour to you!
