Mark Harvey Joins BVL & IPification as the New Chief Revenue Officer
Mark Harvey has worked in the fintech & telecom industries for more than 20 years, creating innovative new products that have inspired end users across the globe.
As an accomplished business leader who has taken startups to multimillion-dollar exits, it was only a natural progression in his career to join Benefit Vantage Limited (BVL) & IPification as the Chief Revenue Officer.
His focus will be to drive partnerships both with telecom operators around the globe, and companies from other industries that also believe mobile authentication must be frictionless, secure and fully protect the user data and privacy.

Presenting Jim Small, BVL’s & IPification’s New Senior Vice President
Jim Small is a specialist in innovation, development, and delivery of mobile, digital and identity products, and service revenues. He has over 25 years of experience driving delivery and operation of technology-based new service revenues including large-scale mobile technology services for mobile operators, digital agencies and other large corporate clients.
It is a privilege to announce that Jim is joining Benefit Vantage Limited (BVL) and IPification as the new Senior Vice President for Business Development.
Following early career experience developing digital publishing solutions and managing digital web agency client accounts, Jim’s focus has since been in digital service innovation within mobile telecoms. His responsibilities included everything from delivery of digital content services for Orange UK and Orange Group Technocentre (with responsibility for mobile multimedia product rollout across the Orange footprint in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East) to the running of digital delivery planning for EE.
As a consultant to GSMA since April 2015, Jim defined and delivered the only globally-available Mobile Connect consumer service, enabling ubiquitous password-less mobile-based login for GSMA’s Mobile World Congress app.
In addition, thanks to his expertise and project management skills, he spearheaded the launch of the first cross-operator mobile attributes service with the four major UK mobile operators (EE, O2, Vodafone and Three) and multiple corporate clients.
Jim also served as the GSMA and global telco key partnership lead with Microsoft for the delivery of strategic mobile authentication integration services within Microsoft Azure Active Directory B2E and B2C.
Finally, he acted as a key consultant for global mobile operators, including major European telcos and important players in the USA, China, Korea, South Africa.
Jim’s enthusiasm and excellent communication skills along with a wealth of expertise and experience will make him a vital part of the IPification family.
